We looked at one of their properties as a renter only a few weeks ago and the service we received from the moment we met them through to actually leasing the place was smooth, friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to ensure we could see the property one last time on the same day as signing the lease even though we only asked the day before. We've been looking at so many properties for rent and the way the agent is with us (timing, attention to detail, friendliness) over the last month and it is just as important the as the place that they're the right pick for us - as they're our advocate to the owner and we're going to need to deal with them long term. My husband and I feel we're going to be treated really well and that wasn't the impression we got from so many other agents - who were late, made us feel like our questions were 'too hard' or just seemed to be going through the motions. Nice work guys.

We just rented a unit being managed by Primus Realty in Shenton Park and would like to thank all the staff we dealt with in the process for their efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. I was especially impressed by the prompt response to my emails and the organized facilitation of the various documents we needed to sign was made easy. Altogether it was a much more stress-free project than I had anticipated, and much of the thanks for this goes to the property management team.

I am about to move back into my South Perth apartment after living away since 2009. The team at Primus Realty have been managing the property during that time and they have done an outstanding job. Communication and reporting has been excellent, maintenance issues were always tended to quickly and efficiently and if I needed advice about any landlord issues, I could always rely on Daina, Amber, Georgia and Ashleigh for excellent advice. It was great to have the peace of mind that my home was in good hands. I will certainly be using Primus Realty again.

Lovely staff to deal with. They found an excellent tenant and any issues have been followed up promptly. I highly recommend them.
