As a tenant for the past 3 years, Mega has been great.  Also quick to respond to emails requesting any maintenance. Seamless process to renew our lease.

To be avoided at any cost. The strata manager must have never heard of customer service. She is rude, condescending, plus she does a half assed job. On top of it all they're expensive! its the icing on the cake and I must say myself and the other owners are truly overjoyed to no longer pay for their 'service'.

Trust me, you can do better.

I'm a renter and I have say, the team at Mega Property, Rhylee and Lindsay have been absolutely amazing from the start. So grateful to have such amazing agents who are so professional and efficient. They really have gone above and beyond to sort out any concerns as soon as they come up. Wonderful team and so great to work with!!

Same as allllllll the other comments. Rude, unreasonable and unprofessional - help yourself and use someone else!!!

EDIT: so unreasonable that even the owner has sided with us!

TENANTS: Questions them on everything - dodgy doesn't even begin to explain these people! we won and so can you!

The worst experience I’ve ever had in real estate, or any business for that matter. To say they are rude would be an understatement. Absolutely no care given to clients. Stay away at all costs.
