Rhiannon has recently become our property manager and she has been amazing! Responses so quickly and is always so polite, I have no issues when contacting her and always gets our job orders sorted straight away. She has dealt with all our issues perfectly and she has been the best property manager we have had. Very grateful to have her as our person to go to!

Just wanted to give a quick review on behalf of my property manager Marisa Reeves. I've been dealing with her since my property was transferred from De Freitas & Ryan. I was concerned that I may not receive the level of prompt and personal service when the change was made, I have not been disappointed in any way. I do a lot of work in remote areas and communications can be limited at times and Marisa has always been accommodating, professional and understanding in dealing with any issues.
Marisa Reeves has been an excellent manager of our property. We have found her communication to be excellent. Her proactive nature ensures that the details are being sorted out without us having to check in to find out if everything is completed. I highly recommend Marisa if anyone is looking for a quality Property Manager.
I had Elly as my property manager for many years, she is professional, compassionate, responsive and so very helpful. She really made my final rental experience bearable. Julia is also fabulous, she was in charge of re-leasing our old place. Julia is prompt and professional in every interaction. If I ever rented again, I'd want these two on my side.
My partner have recently moved into a property managed by RMA. Our property manager, Rhiannon Winning, has been absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process. It can be quite scary coming into an such an intense rental market as a young couple and Rhiannon treated us very professionally and was very open and reassuring. She also has amazingly quick responses with no judgement on any questions. I would recommend her 1000%
Rhiannon has been excellent as our property manager. She always very quick with her responses and whenever we had questions or issues with the property she was very helpful and sorted straight away. We are very happy with her service.
I woul like to acknowledge Marisa as the most efficient and professional Property Manager I've had pleasure in working with. Marisa is looking after a couple of properties for me in different sides of Perth metro. Marisa is quick to respond and professionally attend to every query that may arise. More importantly she's not afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen. Thank you Marisa.
My partner and I recently moved into a new rental managed by RMA. Our property manager Rhiannon made the transition a smooth and stress-free experience. The whole process from submitting an application to signing the lease took less than 5 days thanks in large part to the quick responses to any questions or queries we had about the property or moving process. Would happily rent through RMA again.
Rhiannon took over as property manager and we met her during one of the inspections. She's professional and friendly. We recently need help with plumbing and she responded quick and got the plumber down within the day. Superb!
