I would like to Comment on my strata Manager Gonzalo. I find him very professional in his approach to Strata matters along with being very knowledgeable. He has been a great support to me as The Chair of our Council of Owners. Also I would like to state that Susie is great on reception Well done and thanks again

Grant Thompson AMEN to your review! Unfortunately I am unable to reply to it direct. I feel the exact same way. Lies, BS, and more lies, consistently playing dumb and blaming the council of owners. Evident in most of the owner responses on here. Oh we have to request for common sense to be applied? Next we'll be expected to remind them to breathe! Stay clear of this company. Also note all the likes on the 'lowest score' reviews. Clearly a lot of unhappy customers.

i don't want to even rate one star ! its 0 from me! there is a pine tree in the front common garden of my unit and from a little pine tree 8 years ago now become tall（10m） when strong wind it knock the patio and roof and the root of the tree grown too big so that push pavers out which trips people a few times.it become to be a problem 3 years ago like this.so i rang strata said:sorry there s nothing we can do .we have to wait for the response from concil of owner.... until last June（a year from now）i started to email（so i can keep record） still same answer:nothing we can do have to wait for the response from concil of owner...

Have been with Exclusive Strata for 14 years now (since 2003). They do provide professional services and good reporting. Areas they could improve is being a bit more tech savvy. All important communication they provide is mailed (for legal reasons), but these days I'd also like email and PDF copies for archiving reasons. Their commercial strata fees are reasonable. Overall I've been happy with their service.
