worst customer service ever - so rude - never ask to put you on hold - never help - huff and puff when you ask for assistance - do not recommend at all - go anywhere else but this place.. ANYWHERE

This 'All Strata Management Services' provides very poor strata management services !!! The Director and Strata Managers from this company have no knowledge of ' Customer service ' at all- they are unprofessional , not helpful and lacking knowledge of strata law .

These people are appalling idiots. Never available when needed and incompetent. I own a unit on a property managed by them and I'd strongly recommend that other property investors steer cleer of these people.
