I have been a tenant / customer of Here property now for 3 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. All the staff that I have dealt with have been professional, proactive, intelligent and empathetic. I have dealt with many agents and property managers over the years and Here Property is by far the best. I feel like a valued customer and they are actually interested in me and genuinely want to help me. Victoria O'dell has been my Property Manager and I find her to be professional and approachable. If I have ever needed anything and Victoria was unavailable Fiona Asbroek has always made herself available to respond to my questions or any concerns. I had a sudden change of circumstances and was offered a job where I had to relocate within two weeks and break a lease with 6 months remaining. Within two days the ad was listed, within five days an existing tenant with Here Property that was at the end of their existing lease took the property with a 3 day gap between me moving out. They actually thought about it and provided the best solution for myself and the owner. It was seemless! Thank you!

The people at Here Property are extremely helpful, professional and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property. Victoria and Fiona in particular were very helpful with the processing of my application.

A very positive and seamless experience for me using HERE property to lease my first property. Staff were friendly and made sure everything was transparent and clear, and even at a difficult time of the year (Christmas period) my unit was leased within 4 days of the first home open. Highly recommended!

My wife and I met Victoria O'Dell by chance just as we were finishing up preparing our unit for lease. Victoria had such a youthful, refreshing and professional presence about her that we thought, "Hmmmm, maybe she could manage our place." Victoria and Fiona were right on the ball and our time with them as someone has mentioned, has been "seamless." Our highest recommendation to Victoria and her fine organization. We've been around. We rented a townhouse through Here Property for just over 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Here were always kind, courteous and professional in the way they dealt with us and always made us a feel welcome. We were always treated fairly with the best interests of the landlord and tenants always considered. For anyone looking for a property to rent or looking for a property manager to manage their rental I would highly recommend Here Property.
