As a long term landlord with Genesis Residential Property managers I have found the service to be professional and first rate. Genesis in my opinion is the best residential property management group i have used and they have helped me select good long term tenants. Genesis has also kept me ahead of state government compliance issues consistently. This is a great groups of property managers who have offered me the right advice when i have need it and have kept me informed with any changes in both the market and my properties.

Robyn & Genesis have managed my 6 Perth properties since 1997 when I moved to Sydney. I can't say enough positive things about her. Reliable, honest and on tops of the tenants and issue. Rents are always paid on time, problems are quickly solved, rarely had a problem tenant and when I did she took this though the courts at her expense.

I have been with Genesis Asset Management Pty Ltd for many years.  I can't imagine a more professionally run and excellent service, for both property owners, and tenants. Friends have thanked us for the recommendation.
I  thoroughly recommend their services.
