Slap-dash approach and very arrogant attitude. If you want someone that knows everything...🤔...and does not care about property owners interests...youre in the right place.

I would never rent through Perth Management Services again. Nor would I put a rental through them. Rentals are handed to tenants in a disgraceful manner. No basic maintenance is carried out. As a tenant I had to request inspection as I never heard anything from them. 

Perth Management Services should not being servicing as a Property management company.

Renting a house  through perth management services definitely a pleasure, such a great company to go through. Have rented numerous houses before and found them the most Efficient and helpful with any problems we had. Would definitely recommend them!!
