From not providing the condition report upon moving in, ignoring all the emails about not recieving the condition report for over a year, claiming they had sent it upon vacancy which even if they did, doesn’t justify ignoring several emails informing them about not receiving it,adding unreasonable claims to deduct from bond and providing no photos or proof of the damages , to taking couple of weeks to fix a broken aircon in hot summer days. I rate PPM performance very unprofessional and poor and will not recommend dealing with them to anyone.

I have very bad experience with this real estate agent. first ,they didn't provide me clean property as it should be and when I moved out , eventhough I cleaned twice  they deduct money for cleaning again. second, the property(33/8 kathleen avenue) which has no good ventilation so there were moulding occur on all wall and bathroom and that moulding was not because of something which I did wrong. also I had informed them at every inspection and I suffered because of moulding. at the end, they covered cost of that from me as well. I can say it is not transparent management so you should be careful at all the time whenever you are dealing with them .

Kristy and the team are dedicated to ensuring that all of the clients are looked after no matter what time of day it is. I have personally witnessed the level of customer service that Kristy and her team give. She is highly knowledgeable and makes sure that all of the transactions in the company are efficient and up to scratch. I would always recommend PPM to any client or friend. It's no wonder Kristy won the award for Property Management. If you want your property management properly by somebody who isn't too busy to attend to you at any time, then this is your agency!

I really have to thank Kristy and the PPM team. Their hard work, commitment and personal touch are second to none in today's market. Having experiencied their level of professionalism and expertise, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my portfolio, and nor should you. The results speak for themselves!
