A great place to go for a range of both casual and business clothes. The great thing about this place is that they offer free hemming over a certain purchase price for pants or an extra $6 which beats most tailors. There is a single entry and exit point now with COVID so you can't enter from the back side any more. On check in, staff use a scanner to check your temperature forehead and also record how many customers are entering and leaving to ensure they comply with maximum occupancy requirements. Staff are very friendly here, and helpful as well. We were trying to fine an item in a certain size and the staff member helped us locate it. I was also encouraged to join their membership program and was able to use the $5 discount promotion for joining straight away to help save some extra money. Great place and definitely worth checking out.
If you clothes have any quality issue don’t expect you will get any customer service in this shop. Their manger will only reply you unfortunately we can’t exchange the clothes for you. If you have any problem call our costumer service. They even didn’t check my clothes and ask the other branch if any customer have same problem. I bought my clothes 1.5 months.After I washed couple times my clothes had colored patch. I can’t believe it and they can’t even look at it
I bought a jumper 2 months ago, I loved the product but it tore at the seams and ended up with a coin size hole near the shoulder. I went in to ask for an exchange and they would not do it as it had been longer than 2 months. Staff didn’t really care either. This was a huge disappointment and a reflection on their quality. Expect your clothes to tear after a couple of months and they won’t exchange it. I won’t be shopping here again!
Uniqlo is a Japanese clothing retailer. Famous for their puffer jackets. They are a bit more expensive than H&M, but the quality is a lot better. This store has a fairly small range compared to the city store. There is no kids section here at all. Uniqlo t-shirts are super comfortable. The patterned styles can be a bit mainstream for my taste. Overall, I do really like a lot of Uniqlo stuff and find the quality to be very good.
It is really nice to walk into a store where there are sufficient available and very helpful staff to answer questions and help you out! Well done Uniqlo Indooroopilly on Saturday 26th November!
I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a plaint review about the store manager Miyuki. She wouldn’t like to help me with the poor quality sweater. She said she can’t do anything because the store policy. But she can’t explain the policy to me clearly.
Love shopping at UNIQLO thanks to their displays. Easy to find sizes and styles. Prices are reasonable. Fine cotton shirts were good fit, easy to wash and iron. I doubt they are 100% cotton due to its texture and feel but I may be wrong. Check out could have been faster.
i brought a slim fit trouser few weeks ago and tried to convince it's not upto to merchatable quality. Suggested to use a brush everyday for removing cloth fiber.
Lovely quality and they shipped it faster than I expected and arrived next business day same state which was very impressive. Well worth it.
Good shop good gear and well priced, got a couple of good scores there
