Chemist Warehouse Rocklea

It's Sad I bought the BRAUN ear and nose hair removal from Rocklea Chemist Warehouse.. It didn't work as it suppose to be...OMG the procedure is very time consuming not straight forward. The Manger spoke to the manufacturer and told me she can't do much and she need to contact some other guys before they can decide whether am I going to get my money back or not ...I really appreciate COLES, WOOLWORTHS, KMART AND OTHERS they have very straight forward policy compare to Chemist Warehouse.The next day Manager called me and they refund the money ...I appreciate but it could be much quicker

Have been going here for years when in Brisbane. Very good one of the best around. However put a script in at 1330 last week and called in at 1940 to collect and it had not been dispensed. The Pharmacist offered no apology and in fact was nothing but rude. I am sorry but I lost it I had a 5 hour drive in front of me and all I received was an extremely rude vulgar pharmacist. Never going back there again there customer service stinks. Who are they? They need a good dose of how to treat and look after customers. Wouldn't even rate them!
