Salvos Stores

Reopened after the floods. This is a premium op shop in the industrial area of Rocklea/Sherwood. Inside the front doors is boutique style shopping with more mainstream shopping towards the back. The boutique section is always beautifully styled with excellent quality clothing and shoes. It is clean well organised with limited furniture in the middle. Missing the 'Art of the hunt' for those that are creative's. Higher end prices for collectibles but very reasonable for clothing and homewares. Automatic doors and spacious aisles are accessibility friendly. Some stock is placed high but for those of us mobile on wheels it has stock within reach and a layout that allows for flow and movement. Disability parking straight outside. Consistently good management and friendly staff.

Well stocked. Clean and tidy. Prices a bit targeted to the well off. Why would you spend ten dollars on a second hand t-shirt when you can get a brand new one at Kmart for $2?

I love this place but I liked the old shop better I think.... Now it's kinda over stocked with more of the smaller stuff... But it's still an AWESOME shop. Thank U Salvos!!!

This store is fantastic, they take a lot of the work of second hand shopping away as everything is really well sorted and signposted. The people there are also bubbly and helpful. Only drawback is parking is a pain and busy road out front, but worth it.

Just jeans & portmans are now in the designer range & priced accordingly

One of my favourite op shops. Well organised, tidy with friendly staff. Pricing is normally quite fair and there are 3 change rooms so normally short wait times. It’s very rare for me to visit here without buying anything!

I love this Salvos. The only downside is the parking, the spots outside are filled fast and it’s not easy to get in and out. I once parked at a larger lot just to the side of it as I thought that was allowed when a man from a neighbouring business came running out telling me to move because trucks come in and out. Your best bet is to go during school hours. Staff are always lovely.

Plenty of parking. The store is divided into "Designer" clothes and other clothes. "Designer" is sorted by colour not size which might look nice but is impractical for finding your size. The other section is marked with sizes but so many of the clothes are in the wrong spot that it is still impractical to find something in your size. I would also advise staff that it is not appropriate to take personal phone calls while serving especially if they're going to talk loudly thereby broadcasting their private lives to the whole store.
