Recently purchased the Portable Manicure Nail Table With Storage Tray in White. The product itself is of excellant quality. Delivery was earlier than expected which was great! And set up was easy. Will be ordering more from this company in the future.

Went for a drive,just to see the machines and was pleasantly surprised with quality and price. I bought what I wanted for myself and will be back.

Absolute 5 stars all the way without question. I had a product that was damaged in transit multiple times. Which was so unfortunate, however, nothing to do with Do Beauty. The Do Beauty team were amazing with their level of customer service, constant communication, quick responses to emails and did everything within their power to make it right! I felt "cared for" and "in the loop" at all times. I am super happy with the product I purchased. But the product on its own is irrelevant. The customer service of this company is what will have me return. An absolute pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Purchased two flat pack items and was unable to assemble them as none of the holes matched up. Informed the company and organised a return. I have assembled many flat pack items before and have not experienced any difficulties like this before. I am an interstate buyer and saw no other option but to return these items as I asked several people to try to assemble them and they agreed that the screw holes did not match up. Was refused a refund as company informed me they were able to assemble them. Offered a credit note however their prices are not competitive with my usual supplier in my own state. Will never purchase from this company again. This was not a change of mind purchase!

I have been using some great quality clinic products from Do Beauty for my acupuncture clinic and am always impressed with the friendly and prompt service I receive when dealing with the Do Beauty crew. One of the Do Beauty products I have found particularly useful especially when keeping up with extra hygiene measures during Covid-19 pandemic has been the disposable bed towels. The Do Beauty disposable bed towels have offered me an easy and good value solution for improved hygiene and comfort for my clients.

Recently I have purchased a few items from Do Beauty, this company is amazing. I have received multiple call from the company ensuring my products were delivered and that I was happy with my purchases . I had a small hiccup with a trolley draw that wouldn’t open, however this was not a problem, I was able to chat to them over the phone and have it replaced. This company is more than accommodating for all your beauty solutions. Highly recommended.

All my items arrived quickly and well packaged. The products are great! Especially the peppermint foot scrub. Plus, I received a lovely follow up call from the shop. That's what I call good old fashion customer service. So thank you, Neeta, for the lovely chat. It is highly recommended .
