Dear Market Organics original complaint with names emailed to store,nnI’ve left names out because I want people to understand my frustrations but respect peoples privacy at the same time. I called Rocklea store and didn’t get very far because the person at the other end did not seem to be concerned that I was having issues with Woolloongabba store specifically. But , if I have to post my concerns publicly to put my message across… I don’t have very many options because I feel my concerns are falling on deaf ears.nnIt would be good if someone explained to me these unanswered questions: why has the cleopatras milk delivery been delayed, why is there a shortage in cleopatras bath milk, what explanation has the supplier given you? I’m not good at guessing or reading peoples minds , so I’m asking you these questions.nnAnyway, I never used to have this problem. I hope it’s ok for me to ask questions. That’s why I asked if it was me , because when you first opened at Woolloongabba I had someone ask me if i needed any help when I came in but it seems things have changed and you don’t seem to have the enthusiasm helping the customer anymore.nnThis issue has been going on for several weeks.nnI had to go all the way to Kiah Organics in Mt Gravatt to purchase heavenly bath milk which is almost double the price.nnPeople buy the bath milk because of allergies to pausteurised milk. If you weren’t so focussed on selling the cooked pasteurised rubbish then maybe you can focus on selling real food and be concerned about people’s health.nnAlso, I emailed you my concerns about my points.nnI’m sorry to say but if I’m not going to be taking me seriously, you will be losing me as a customer.nnThank you.nnChris
The biggest and the best. Located near the Brisbane Markets this MO is supreme with huge sections in every area including cold storage and holistic health care.nExtreemly spacious and accessible with wide aisles for wheelchairs. Some items are placed high so you made need assistance if cruising on wheels.nYes it's expensive but there are also numerous specials every week if you sign up to the MO newsletter.nThis is a one stop shop if you have a friend or family member with dietary needs because you'll source gluten free etc etc.nDefinitely one of the best places to purchase an environmental and sustainable gift as I have year after year including metal straws, keep cups, coconut bowls and body products.nThe people here are friendly and I regularly stop here for a coffee and meal when I'm in the area.
I cannot say enough good things about Evolve Cafe in Market Organics. They always do a great job with good quality food at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend any of the smoothie bowls as the granola that they use is the best that I have experienced. Pretty much all dishes there are superb though. ;
Never had a happy staff member greet me, always rude. Feels like an eternity just ordering coffee and then having to wait a further 10min, you’ve got dirt in a cup. Don’t waste your money or time, just drive to the next Market Organics if you like shopping there.
I absolutely love all things organic and this is the place to visit. Also has a cute little Cafe inside. The breakfast was sublime. All shelves fully stocked, friendly staff and an overall wonderful shopping experience.
