I spoke to people in the Brisbane Store and was told that the stock listed on the web site was accurate and that they had the GPS I wanted in stock. I placed the order online but did not have the option for expedited shipping. I rang the Brisbane store again and the person I spoke to changed the shipping method for me. When I checked my order several days later and called Brisbane again I was informed that the unit was on back order. I had received no information regarding this after my purchase. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they gave me a refund.

Absolutely AMAZING service from a super friendly team! Sorted out my "click-and-collect" order on short notice, without any hassle.... Highly recommended for all your gps/ tech/ mounting needs.

I had the pleasure to deal with Jacob, extremely knowledgeable & eager to assist. I was able to buy replacement part for my GPS & they even had a RAM mount for my GoPro in stock.

I purchased a Garmin reversing camera online. The purchasing process was simple and seamless. The device arrived very promptly. Installation instructions made install simple and easy and the device worked perfectly as advertised from the get go. It is only day 1 but the experience to date could not have been better.

Looks like a great store with good products and website. However i seen advertised on your website the ability to price match so I was abit shocked when your sales staff wouldn't honour a 5% discount to match a Sydney store for reason of "Unfortunately we’re not able to match prices from special discount offers"  *Update: the price match was for a bricks and mortar store in Sydney that had the offer advertised on their websites for the general public to use with an extra 5% discount at check out via a coupon code that was plastered all over their website for everyone to use.

Excellent service, absolutely flawless from start to finish, Quality product, efficient service and great communication. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Johnny Appleseed for around twenty years now.  I have consistently received friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service throughout that time. Recently, I purchased a GPS device which, when it arrived, I discovered that the battery was not charging or functioning properly.  A call to Johnny Appleseed quickly put my mind at rest and the issue was dealt with in the most exemplary way.  I was provided with a replacement device practically immediately.  I cannot praise the folks at Johnny Appleseed enough for their service and professionalism and I am grateful for their help. Six plus stars from me.

Ordered Monday, delivered to Canberra Thursday - excellent service, particularly when you're hanging out to play with a new 'toy'. I've used Johnny Appleseed before and will certainly use them again. 5 out of 5 from me.
