Kmart doesn’t respond to the AI robot that runs their complaints/issues or emails so… this is what I received as a full price click and collect order clearly second hand and missing parts, apparently Kmart thinks this acceptable so beware! If there’s an issue with your order they won’t respond so don’t order online!
I’ve never had a more horrible retail experience than at this store. I asked a staff called Janet if by any chance she knew if they had a product in stock. I’m not sure if she just had a bad day or something but she was extremely rude and almost shouted at me to go away. Extremely unhelpful and frankly, quite concerning.
This young man’s name is Pat. He was a bit of an idiot sandwich but super super helpful! Helped find so many hidden things I needed. Defs has a bright future
Miles better than the one in Forest Lake and way more stock as well. Everything is mostly clean and tidy and there isn’t stock strewn everywhere. I was able to find so many toys I could never find in Forest Lake Kmart.
I love shopping at Kmart for the products there. However, sometimes the stores cleanliness can be an issue as customers leave rubbish on the shelves where items are supposed to be. For the most part I enjoy shopping here. Reminds me of Walmart back in Canada, except with less or none of the food products. Recently pick up some cheap PPE from there and happy with my purchase. I niece's also like going to toy section, they can shop their for days.
