I went in to Myer today tossing up between two coffee machines, not really sure which one to get.nI was served by Justin and he was fantastic! So patient and went above and beyond to help me understand what I was purchasing.nnHe stood and chatted with me for a bit while I was deciding which product to purchase and made some great points and overall I went with the one that he recommended.nn10/10 customer service, so lovely to have been served by him.
The gentleman on Saturday morning who greets you at homewares with “how may I delight you today?” Is wonderful. He’s the sort of person who makes your day - highly skilled- performs in effortless few steps and just leaves you with a smile. After a hard week of work - these things make such a difference of a Saturday. What a delight he is!
I had such a great experience with Gary at Myer Indooroopilly. Even during one of the busiest times of the year, when customer service can often slip, he went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, kind and genuinely cared about making sure I found what I needed. It honestly made my day. Thanks Gary for showing what great service looks like, especially when things are hectic. You’re a gem!
Went shopping for a party dress after work this evening. Went to Pilgrim in the women's wear section of Myer and was served by the most beautiful soul Sidney. Extremely polite, had a lovely attitude, took the time to go back to the store room to find the right sizes-not once but twice and had a beautiful smile all through!!. I may not have found the dress I was looking for without her help. Thank you Sidney for making my shopping experience a seamless one.
Went to Myer Indooroopilly today with my partner to look at dress shoes for his work. We had the pleasure of meeting Denise in the shoe department.nWhen you come across a rare gem, you take notice. That was my experience with Denise, not only was it one of the best service experiences I have received, in, I don't know, how many years.
