Went to Myer Indooroopilly to return and exchange an item, and Jenelia at the counter was honestly amazing.nnThe item I wanted wasn’t available in store, but she didn’t just leave it there. She took the effort to check options, made a few calls to the branded store, and organised for it to be arranged from there for me.nnShe was patient, calm, and very friendly throughout.nnIt’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and thoughtful in customer service. She is truly one of the sweetest and most attentive person I’ve met in a long time.
We came into Myer Indooroopilly on Saturday at around 1:00pm, and Chris was absolutely flat out the entire time we were there. Despite being incredibly busy, he provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced.nnChris was so kind, friendly and welcoming. He took the time to chat with both myself and my partner and made us feel genuinely valued as customers.nnWe had a small mix-up where I purchased a Shark CareMask and it wasn’t in the box. My partner took it back into the store, and Chris was nothing but helpful. He handled the situation professionally and with such a positive attitude that what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a really positive one.nnI honestly couldn’t fault him. Chris is the true definition of what someone in retail should be kind, patient, professional and genuinely caring.nnA huge shout out to Chris. We really appreciate everything you did for us. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
Visited Myer Indooroopilly on the evening of 25 June. My partner and I only ducked in for a quick purchase and were already at the checkout by the 9:00 pm closing time. We left the store at around 9:05 pm, along with several other customers.nnUnfortunately, the experience with two young staff members in the women’s underwear/garment section was very disappointing. Their attitude came across as rude, hostile, and lacking basic customer service. I understand that finishing work late can be frustrating, and as someone who has worked in customer service myself, I know staying back a few extra minutes isn’t always ideal. However, customers should never be made to feel like an inconvenience for completing a purchase.nnOne staff member, whose name I believe was Kiara, in particular behaved in a way that I found very unprofessional. She appeared to find the situation amusing and seemed to forget she was representing the business while at work.nnMy intention isn’t to get anyone into trouble. The staff appeared quite young and likely have limited experience, so I hope this feedback is taken constructively as a learning opportunity. A little courtesy and professionalism, even at closing time, goes a long way.nnI hope Myer addresses this so future customers have a more positive experience.
Came in looking for a new cologne and we were helped by the very lovely Fazel. Fazel understood exactly what we described and suggested such a lovely jimmy choo cologne. He was so sweet and patient, showing us great options in our price range. Such great customer service, we really felt cared for!
I am very thankful for the store manager Alana who just helped us this afternoon. The manager who was on the floor Thursday evening did not even know what she was saying or doing at all. Which was frustrating but Alana just helped us like a supestar. Thank you so much Alana for your help.
