Great range and quality of products, prices are a little higher than other stores stocking the same items though. The real issue is the staff, I can't walk through the makeup section without being hassled to try something or have them try to sell me stuff I don't want, they have trouble taking no for an answer. In the clothing department, I can't even get a staff member to look in my direction, they don't acknowledge me even when I make eye contact and seem too wrapped up in their own conversations or rearranging already tidy racks. Confusing elevator placement.

Mitchell in suits was fantastic - so helpful - I planned to go to Myer after David Jones but Mitchell was so helpful I just bought it there and then.

Went to look at Small Appliances. Met Verda who was SO helpful. Store looks beautiful. Great variety. A lovely shopping experience.
