Craig was sensational and his work was exactly that - magic. We had two TVs to install in and we had already had an installer say it couldn’t be done and Craig showed up and made it happen. He was super lovely, worked hard, and solved all of our problems. He was amazing and I would highly recommend his services for the inner north of Melbourne Kristen and family
Had dodgy signal going in and out for few years at tv. Amp no help. Craig came following day and checked 4 outlets and found 2 needing new connectors in ceiling and lounge. Antenna signal perfect. Now excellent signal to all 4 TV,s. What a pleasure to have Craig do the work. Great price and best name ever.
I got Craig in to install a new home theatre / surround sound setup. Craig was punctual, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed to in order to understand my new set up, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my new system and that it was doing exactly what I had wanted. I cannot recommend Craig highly enough.
Craig was exceptional - flawless professionalism AND a down to earth nice bloke. He was diligent - checking in the roof where my aerial is, as well as figuring out where the extra cables where coming from and going to by checking around the outside and even under the house - abiding by the old principle of ‘measure twice cut once.’ He was accommodating - squeezing my job terrible reception in the day I called, AND he also fixed the aerial outlet behind my TV by reconnecting it in the roof so I can use it instead of running the cable across the floor to the other outlet across the room. He was patient - listening to my queries and concerns, AND took the time to explain things simply. He was courteous - the good old “should I take my shoes off” at the front door. He was even a pleasant conversationalist. Thanks again Craig, you are exceptional at what you do and a great human!
Craig was amazing. I needed an LG wallpaper TV moved urgently and he was there within a day, sourced a box and even brought some of his colleagues to help him out given it’s not a common job! Great expertise and attention to detail. Also a great bloke!
We couldn't recommend Craig highly enough. He is extremely polite and professional. I asked him a lot of questions and he answered all of them very patiently and explained everything in detail. We love our new wall mounted TV above the fire place. It was a tricky job but Craig made it look easy! His attention to detail was great. Thanks Craig.
I had Craig come in to help with the TV and soundbar mounting. Craig did an excellent job and I finally had the vibe that I was looking for in my living room! Craig is highly meticulous in his work and would check in with me to make sure that the work suited my needs and space. Thanks again Craig!
