Went in to get a iPhone battery replacement and was told 5 working days as they would need to order in parts. What service centre doesn’t have parts for current phones being sold? Wish Apple website indicated what service centres actually are setup to replace batteries in a reasonable timeframe.

Had my laptop fixed in here and I was impressed with how they repaired it pretty quickly. This is a great place for computer products too. Would highly recommend for all your computer needs.

Needed an iPad Pro keyboard urgently delivered to our office in Melbourne. Rang around Tuesday afternoon, and most retailers could only guarantee 1-2 business days delivery. Got a hold of Wally at CompNow, he said "I've got one left, and I can have it delivered no later than lunchtime tomorrow". Great! Locked it in and sent through my card details immediately for payment. Lunch time came and went.... Still no keyboard.... I rang Wally at 1:30pm, no answer. So I rang the CompNow office. The girl wasn't able to confirm my order status, nor find me anyone to speak with. 5:00pm still no keyboard. I checked the tracking, and it was only collected from the warehouse at 3:30pm (Wally told me it was collected first thing in the morning). Delivered Thursday morning... 24 hours later than originally claimed. Barely an apology. CompNow in Sydney is great! But I wouldn't use the Melbourne team again.

I was recommended here by a friend and their technicians are indeed awesome. One of them fixed my mac in such a short time. Highly recommended for great service and quick repairs.
