Staff are always friendly, even when I know they’ve been asked for the 100th time if they have any Moonswatches. The launch wasn’t their fault, and they’ve been lovely each time I’ve popped in.
Drove from interstate, with one key goal to get to swatch, and it did not disappoint. The store staff were excellent, fast, knew their products. May, who I believe is the store manager, was great at diffusing some quite irate customers who could not get products that were already out of stock. Despite it all, May kept her genuine smile and welcoming service. Excellent visit, made my day.
What a poor customer experience. Asked staff member supervising the moon swatch display to move the display he was holding to the side to view the watches in the cabinet underneath. He Forcefully moved it back and told us to go outside if we want to see the full display... Wow, skockingly bad service, really no excuse to treat customer like this. Walked straight out without buying anything. Perhaps the staff need to rotate with the omega store, somewhere I've always had great service.
Just want to say Thankyou to the staff at Chadstone Swatch. I was in last week needing a new battery and clasp. The staff went above and beyond to fix my watch that I have a sentimental attachment to. They were friendly and very helpful and appreciate all they did for me. Thankyou so great customer service
Rude staff member this morning. Asked some questions and the answers were really short and rude. Felt like I should have gone in with my Louis Vuitton bag and my Dior jacket rather than my leggings and hoodie and he may have been more respectful. I get the Omega watch is hard to get but there is no reason to be so rude. Suggest to train your staff in better customer service. All it takes is a smile and an apology not a, bad luck can’t help you attitude.
The staff there need better training for customer service. If you do not like your job please find a better one that doesn’t require you to be front facing for customers. Rude and arrogant are my two words for these incompetent Swatch staff.
I have been calling seen few week ago but got hang up few times then yesterday evening call again, got picking but the service was super rude. I was asking the swatch×omega whether have stock in store so the sale person using impatient and annoying voice said to me I have two stock in the store the feeling i felt is if you don't want please hang up the call. So I ask can I pre-order or put in the waiting list, he said no then I hang up. Previously I went it once and I met the asian tall guy to ask the swatch×omega personally, the service is rude not professional. My friend told me before don't ask the Asian tall guy due to the service that I friend got is super rude too. As a customer, I'm not the complaining person but please train your staff professionally and be respectful to the customer.
Arrogant customer service from this store when discussing the process to purchase a moonswatch. Plenty of talking down to me and pumping up how "exclusive" the watch. Own many other watches with 2 year waits and have never been treated like this. Suddenly i don't want a moonswatch any longer. Advice to management, this your staff aren't doing you any favours at this store.
We were in Chadstone shopping centre last Saturday and I went in to see if they have any of the moonwatch, so they showed us 3 colours they had. My wife asked if she can try them on and when she did so and doing up the band, the staff raised his voice and said to not do the band, so rude. It shows how the company train there staff. For us now, no swatch brand and will tell my surroundings too. So disgusted with these customers service
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I've been "serviced" by a tall young asian boy, he has been so rude and unprofessional, if you don't like your job just leave it. Teach him how to respect people.
