The PAL team were great. I had been working a lot of hours and been unable to attend to the little things in the house.  They came in went straight to work and it has lifted a weight off my shoulders! Would definitely hire again! 😊

Booked an upholstery clean for our cat pee stained couch. Very happy with the service. Mohammad was very efficient and professional even offering advice for any future stain and spill cleaning. Highly recommend.

I requested this company to come and fix 2 curtains for me. One was done fine,  no problems. However the 2nd was not, in fact it was worse than it had been in the first place. When I contacted the company they said I would have to supply the damaged part and they would then come and fix it at an extra cost to me.
I had someone else come and fix it for approximately half the price, he had the appropriate spare part in his kit and it now works better than ever. Apparently the cord had also been threaded incorrectly.

very poor Customer Service and unreliable service. They never stick to time schedule requested. Have to work around their availability as opposed to our convenience. They don't take Customer feedback seriously,   they just apologize and continue to do the same. Last minute cancellations. The cleaners do their job well but its the inconvenience of not knowing if the appointment will happen or not and on time. They don't even have the courtesy to call if there is any changes, they just message and ask you to call back. Completely frustrating !

Cleaners are reliable always arrive on time and when expected very through clean team do a great job. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. .
