Disappointing customer service today. An item scanned at a different price from what I believed was displayed. Instead of asking another staff member to check the shelf price, the self-checkout attendant a young lady who worked in the afternoon on 27 June told me to walk back and take a photo of the price myself. When I returned, she was chatting with a colleague. I understand staff can’t always leave their station, but I expected someone to verify the price rather than asking the customer to do the work. Hopefully the store can improve how pricing queries are handled.

A bit annoyed that Coles has permanently closed these toilets to the public and has tried to pass this off as “repairs” with a permanent sticker and new fobs for staff only.nnIs there anything about Coles that has integrity.
Shop has two entrances, one next to the liquorland and one on the main strip. Mostly all self serve registers here these days.
