Yes Optus Port Melbourne

Worse service I have ever had. From manager Tyron. I called to order two IPhone X whilst being in Canada as Optus told me to call our local branch to make sure they put two aside for 2 weeks later. Said he couldn’t, that people coming through the door was his priority. Now here I was, someone who was willing to go on two 130$/month plans with iPhone x but over the phone, I didn’t have priority. When Optus themselves told me to call my local branch. Finished with Tyron hanging up on me three times and even asking me if I was drunk!!!! Totally inacceptable. I then called back Optus and within 10 minutes I had two ipone x ordered for delivery on the day we arrived back in the country. Still need to put a formal complaint in with Optus.

Disgusting..... very poor customer service. The sales guys don’t listen to the customer.... all they care about the sale figure ....I would not recommend the store for any sort of business.

Quite good service. Store has recently been renovated in early 2017. Good selection of latest phones, cases etc

Went into this store and spoke with the manager Joyce to purchase a home wireless service. Explained my reception is bad in the house with Telstra and would like to try Optus. Was explained to go onto a 24 month contract and if the service doesn't work in the house come in and she would raise a complaint and take the device and get the fees waved. 1 month after having the service and it working outside great but not inside. I returned to the port Melbourne store and the lady Pru explained to me that there is nothing she could do. Just to call optus head office , so I called head office from the store and they just kept transferring me. After explaining this to Pru she explained they only do sales here and don't dead with complaints or disconnections. I explained Joyce told me to come back to her and she would take care of this. Joyce come over and also explained that she couldn't do anything and that I would need to stick it out with over the phone support. Thats not good enough at all and this store should take ownership of there customers. Will not be recommending this store.

I had an experience today at this store and I have to say that they have been fantastic. Jack did all he could to look after me in the upgrade of my phone. The guys at the Port Melbourne Optus are great, go see them for all your Phone needs!! Keep up the good work guys.
