They don't really know fully how the phones and network work. An Asian lady, who claims she is the store manager, who doesn't really have a great customer skill, doesn't fully understand how all of the unlocked mobile devices work, making me feel like an idiot. I wanted to see another person to talk but she bluntly shut me down. I hardly have had a good experience with the store since its start. New staff almost every time I walk by so I thought it might be different, wrong still terrible. No wonder why so many staff come and go.

The English Man with UK accent with dark hair was very rude and unhelpful. He wouldn’t tell us his name and told us we were unable to disconnect and remove an old phone number from our account.

Friendly team and service. Telstra internal computer system and the phone department can be a nightmare to deal with when the bills don't add up. Good to have service assistance in store who knows what's going on and is actually willing to try rectify it. The store is also more accessible and faster service than the one in the cbd.
