Asked why my speed was around 1mb/s for my NBN but waited for 30 mins and no one served me. After waiting 30 mins I was served but then they told me to call the Optus. I went home and I did just that but all they said was too bad we can't do anything about it, and then implied everything was my fault and told me to fix it myself. They also said that maybe I was downloading something and I had to turn it off. I turned off every device, but my phone to check the speed and it was still around 1mb/s.
