"We have a team of highly skilled Watchmakers who combine classic techniques with state of the art tools to repair your watch so that it can function like a brand new timepiece. We handle all watches with great care and a determination to keep it safe.​During our watch service, we strip the movement and every piece in the watch for inspection. Methodically we clean the movement using ultrasonic. If any part is found for wear, we fit in original factory parts. The movement is then jointed and oiled as required."

They didn't comuicate my grandpa's watch dial was damaged however it's around 50 to 60 years old so I understand it can happen. but he should of told me before I picked it up. Dust on the dial of my other watch is still unacceptable but he did clean it up. So I can't be too angery about it. On the most part communication was good answering questions promptly.
They did a good job, let me know when the watch was ready, and charged a fair price. My watch needed new seals as moisture had got inside the watch, was fogging up the glass, and at one stage stopped the watch. The Watch Lab dried out the watch and got it going again - it's a solar powered watch with a long life battery. They gave it back to me while they waited on the seals from Seiko suggesting I be careful about getting any water on the watch. When the seals arrived, they gave me a ring and I took the watch in. They dried out the watch again, installed the seals, and had the watch pressure tested and ready to pick up within a few days.
Got my Tissot watch crown replaced, incredible job, quick service, & reasonable price.
Had my vintage Seiko's sapphire crystal replaced. Harman also buffed and polished the case. Overall he did a fantastic job and was easy to communicate and work with. I was very concerned about posting my watch to the CBD, but got everything safe and sound, and with my family heirloom restored to a quality I can be proud of wearing. Very impressed, and will work with Harman again if I require any servicing, Thankyou!
Service is good and time major benefit is they don't charge for inspection

Although parts weren’t available for my watch, the watch lab still provided great service and communication.
My experience was positive. I had my Luminox watch repaired. The repairman diagnosed the problem in front of me, and was clear and transparent with how the repair was going to be done. The repair timeframe given was realistic and accurate, and it was affordable. My expectations were met. Want your watch fixed? This is a good place. Recommend.
Took time off work to get my watches serviced, Got there around 12:30, they were closed and nobody answered the phone
