Excellent and quick service. Provide them with the dummy car key to cut. 10 mins later it is ready to be picked up. The price is unbeatable in the CBD area, $45 Inc key cutting and swapping all the electronic parts. Highly recommended.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I got new car key replacement from here then accidentally broke it again. They helped fixing my keys over two times for free. Very much appreciate for what they did. Thanks Mister Minit. I come to the right place!
I have been using Mister Minit in QV for years and have always found them to be professional, informed, helpful and lovely to deal with. They are well priced and you get true value for money. William is always there to help and finds time to fix the problem as soon as he possibly can. I would recommend them highly for any locksmith needs.
The service can be better. I had taken my car remote to them for fixing and they just told that it's not working and they can't fix it, but after taking the car remote to a different mister Minit, they changed the battery and it worked properly.
super quick, really friendly. got a dog tag for 19.99, Name and phone number on the back of the tag. Done in not even 2 mins and was beautifully made. Super happy with it and as is the dog. Would recommend:

Not happy. I purchased a garage remote from him after getting his advise. When it didn’t work, he flatly refused to give me a refund, instead only offered me a credit. I would not recommend this guy, bad advise, poor service and NO customer satisfaction
Asked for a spring bar to fix a watch part, these are extremely common pieces that usually cost next to nothing on the internet, but due to the size of the watch I wanted to buy in person. I was gobsmacked when the storeperson said $18 for 2. I felt very cheated.
FAST, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE This Mr Minit is inside QV Building on lower level next to Woolworths and Big W just under the escalator. It's very convenient as you can drop things off when you arrive and pick up on your way back to the carpark below. Keys cut, replacement remote control units, batteries, engraving, shoe repairs and insoles, shoe polishing as well as a selection of handy tools. This Mr Minit is staffed by Peter, and he's very friendly and helpful. Prices are quite competitive and the quality of his work is very good. Highly recommended :
Tried 2 previous different store to get my key cut running back and forth but still no key cut done. However, lovely gentleman at the QV mister minut was able to get it right and done promptly. Love your work!
