I am delighted to compliment the Lift Shop on every aspect of our wonderful new lift. It has certainly made life in a three story house a great deal easier! I must say that of all the lift suppliers we spoke to prior to starting the project, the Lift Shop impressed us most for their helpful staff and excellent equipment / showroom. It's a big decision to install a lift into an existing house, but your sales staff were able to offer input to the design and even assist with site measurements, car finishes and suggestions to help with the Builder's works! Once construction commenced, we were impressed with the quality of team assigned and the careful and deliberate processes adopted to ensure a completely satisfactory outcome. It was also amazing that every single one of the hundreds of components delivered from the factory fitted together perfectly, demonstrating that such quality is repeatable - we would have no hesitation in recommending the Lift Shop to anyone considering installing a domestic lift. As a builder this is the first time I have engaged the Lift Shop for our just completed project, from the sales staff to the installers and final handover the Lift Shops performance has been outstanding, excellent communication, always their to help plus expert and respectful installers, their presence on our site was faultless. Our client is delighted. So well done ,I can highly recommend The Lift Shop.

When we looked into purchasing a lift, we felt so lucky to have found Lift Shop. They were great from start to finish, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We simply couldn't be happier with the final result and highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE LIFTSHOP. They break all their promises. They supplied a lift with a broken glass, then they charged me to fix it. Also promised me a rebate of 2k, then decided not to pay me and held the certificate ransom till i agreed not to receive the 2k. They sold themselves really well at the start, the rest was downhill. If you want a lift, USE someone else and dont let their sales tactics lure you in

trying to cancel the order and this is their response. Is this what you call customer Serivce? " You complaint about GST should be directed to Malcolm Turnbull at Parliament House, Canberra. It is the stupidest reason I have ever heard for reneging on a contract. " "A binding contract for the supply exists. Lift Shop has done design and engineering work The client has paid non-refundable deposit monies. (we have offer, acceptance, consideration paid by both parties) The client has introduced some unusual claims as a way to try to get out of the contract without penalty, and I listened to these claims. It is my view that they are without merit or justifiable foundation. As settlement I offered to return all the deposit minus $3300 (including $300 GST) for the design work etc that Lift Shop has done. This offer was rejected and so is withdrawn and I assume the supply will continue. No fraud or improper conduct by Lift Shop, this is merely a case of buyers’ remorse but after the buyer instructed Lift Shop to do design work for them. Please direct all further issues on this contract to me for my personal handling." "No cooling off period exists in lift supply contracts and the deposit is clearly non refundable" Les Katz MANAGING DIRECTOR Is this how you should respond to your customers?
