If there is negative stars I will definitely give it a minus 5.  Worst supplier ever. Promised my ADSL will be automatically switched to NBN but never happened. Very unstable internet.  Now it's down again... Sales promised that she will give me one month free at the 4th month but still charged me.

Absolutely useless! Wouldn’t give a star if I had a choice . Three weeks after signing up, they still can’t connect us online and no answers. So yeah all that waste of time means I have to cancel and demand a refund. Don’t go with extinct internet providers  is the lesson

Received a call from Dodo to say that I have to change to NBN and so agreed to do it. They disconnected my ADSL service before connecting NBN so now sitting with no internet during business critical time during COVD-19 lockdown. Connection team only starts at 10am. What kind of service is that?

Aly at Chadstone dodo shop is Super nice and friendly guy, switched over my existing number from Telstra I'd been a loyal mobile customer since 1994 & sick of paying $90 per month with only 2 gigs data.  Thanks to awesome Ali, everything on my phone is still the same, no blips or dropouts, Perfect 5 stars Aly!  You rock!

Got my router 3 days ago and I still can't connect to the internet there's no number to call for technical support and they Don't reply to emails either

28-12-2018 have been waiting here to find someone to help us for more than an hour coming and going. There was a sign initially saying they will return at 6.20pm, we returned and the sign was changed to 7.00pm. We can back 7.00pm and waited for 15 mins and still no one here. What a joke !
