At Totally Reptiles we are a medium sized shop in Greensborough.
We specialize in Lizards,Snakes,Frogs,Geckos,Turtles,Birds(ranging from small parrots to large),Fish(from goldfish through to australian native fish),Spiders,Scorpians and also many accessories etc
We pride ourselves in delivering quality and 100% customer service

What a fabulous experience! Called and spoke first with a man who clearly knew a lot about reptiles and was so impressed I headed in there. Nikita’s customer service is 10/10! Friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure she ticked every box in regards to the care of our new hatchling python!!! Purchased with complete confidence and left feeling completely looked after. Well done Nikita, you’re amazing, thank you!
I cannot thank and recommend the amazing people at Totally Reptiles enough. When I had already purchased my gecko elsewhere and wasn't sure I was getting the right advice or products, they didn't hesitate to help me, answer my questions and then guide me in the right direction. You can guarantee I will not be going anywhere else but here from now on.
Took my two nephews there just for a visit. The owner was kind enough to let them handle a small snake. Awesome staff and fantastic set up!
John is fantastic, took us awhile To find out he moved shops but now we know we will make sure totally is our go to!
Staff are incredibly friendly, and animals are so lively. Much cheaper live food than many other places. So much fun for a visit. Love to see the frogs, snakes, lizards, turtles and even birds. Definitely the best reptile place around.
They actually didnt have the item I was looking for, but were extremely informative and helpful regardless. Highly recommend
Worst place ever don’t recommend there just money hungry. They get very upset if you purchase things from other places and not them they lie and say you need a different set up yet the sell that same set up you have. absolute rip offs dont come here
Very warm and welcoming service. Such an awesome selection of reptiles, fish and birds. Love the friendly eclectus and galah at the front of the store and the store itself is in a castle which is already awesome on its own.
Has a great range of products and the team were great to deal with. I was purchasing my first reptile and they were very helpful throughout the whole process, they were even great over the phone with my post purchase questions.
Excellent store, friendly staff and service with great advice!
