I wanted to buy some bird seed so i asked for a price over the phone  and the lady asked me who i was and didn't want to give me a price. I would have to come into the store. Very bad customer service !!!

Best Pet Care place in Melbourne. So great they have been in business so long. It's well deserved; each staff member is wonderful and friendly. Great range of stock for all animals. I don't shop anywhere else.

Competitively priced. Quick service, never let me lift anything heavy. The staff will take it to my car; now that's great Customer Service! Friendly atmosphere with a resident feathered friend and a gorgeous kitty.
