We recently had our 70Kg Leonberger, Bronson, groomed by Jake and we were blown away by the results! The team have always been kind, especially since it’s no easy task grooming a dog the size of a buffalo, but this last time has been the best yet. It’s New Years Eve and the groom was not rushed, he didn’t shave any parts that weren’t necessary even though there was matting, he was carefully brushed out, and Bron came out looking like a new dog! We are so grateful for your time and care! Thanks team, thanks Jake!!!

I went in to purchase Lifewise good for my puppy today and asked Sarah, the manger to price match and I was meet with attitude, I was told as it was not the exact same flavour,she couldn’t do it but I’ve done it several times, as it’s the exact same food, then another excuse was the price I found was below their cost price, but I’ve purchased this product several times from this store for this price. Sarah most definitely should not be a manager as she has no experience in customer complaints or managing a difficult situation. I won’t be shopping here again do your research you will find things much cheaper elsewhere

I could not recommend this team more! You feel genuine care from every member you interact with. From reception, vet nurse to the surgical team - they are all incredibly caring humans.nnOur little fur baby presented with a lesion on his eye which we suspected could be cancerous. The team went in to take a biopsy but ended up taking more time to remove the entirety of the lesion. Ultimately, this has led to our little guy being cancer free!nnWe could not be more elated with this outcome!!nnNot to mention, every penny you spend at the vet gets you credits to spend at the shop attached which is also great and the team there are super lovely!nnI honestly look forward to our next visit because I know our boy will be well looked after!

I cannot praise Noel and the doctors and the team enough at PETstock Essendon because PETstock is one of the most if not the most caring pet organizations I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I would turn around and trust the team at PETstock more than I would trust the team anywhere else

Ran out of my cats prescription diet. They had it in stock and I ordered it on line and picked it up the same day. Great service
