I could not recommend this team more! You feel genuine care from every member you interact with. From reception, vet nurse to the surgical team - they are all incredibly caring humans.nnOur little fur baby presented with a lesion on his eye which we suspected could be cancerous. The team went in to take a biopsy but ended up taking more time to remove the entirety of the lesion. Ultimately, this has led to our little guy being cancer free!nnWe could not be more elated with this outcome!!nnNot to mention, every penny you spend at the vet gets you credits to spend at the shop attached which is also great and the team there are super lovely!nnI honestly look forward to our next visit because I know our boy will be well looked after!

They're pretty good and you can often get an appointment quite quickly. However last time I went there one of the male vets took my cat's temperature without putting lube on the thermometer first and she was really uncomfortable. I know this isn't good practice because I've spoken to other vets about it before.

Could not recommend the amazing staff at PetStock Essendon more highly. They have been so attentive and caring, and looked after my boy as if he were one of their own. Honestly the best vets we have come across.

If I could rate Petstock Essendon 0 stars I would. We’ve been here twice, and while the first time wasn’t the best experience, we thought to give the benefit of the doubt and come again. However, after yesterday’s appalling experience, we will not be returning. The lack of communication is shocking and due to that now our trust in looking after our loving pet is no longer there anymore.nnUpon dropping off my dog for grooming, I was shocked to receive a call three hours later informing me that the groomer had left hours ago, leaving my dog unattended. While the groomer claimed to have called me for pickup, I never received any notification via email, text, or call. To worsen this, I received a phone call from my brother, saying Petstock had contacted him through her microchip He’s my dogs second emergency contact and proceeded to tell him how they called up a different customer about my dog, however that customer informed the groomer/petstock that they picked up their dog hours ago and that my dog wasn’t their dog.nnThis raises several troubling questions. Why was I not contacted through the microchip, despite being listed as the primary contact? Did the groomer actually call someone else to pick up my dog, and upon their denial, simply leave her unattended and go home? I had provided my details during the booking process, receiving a confirmation email immediately after, so they should have had my contact details.nnWhile the store employees reassured me that they had cared for my dog, taking her for walks and outside to go pee, this entire experience was unacceptable and should never have occurred. Pet owners trust establishments like Petstock to care for their pets, and this experience has shattered that trust entirely

I’ve been to a few vets but the staff at Pet Stock Essendon are the best. Great with my dog and great with me. Very polite, helpful and cheerful every time I go.
