Great pet store. Jo is a Fantastic Groomer, my very active Jack Russell enjoys her wash and blow wave here. Jo is very friendly and very accommodating with her bookings, and truly loves dogs. It's a great one-stop pet store!

I agree with Michelle. Was a loyal customer of this place for over a year, even adopted a cat from the store until one day I parked there to go to the chemist and then the pet store to get cat food. Wanted to go to the chemist first to put my prescription in and then return to the pet store, ended up getting hassled by some woman about parking. Lost me as a customer, I now shop online with pet circle for my 4kg royal canin sensitive cat food. It's cheaper and don't need to worry about awkward interactions in the parking lot from business owners.

Love this place. Such an animal-friendly environment, people bring their dogs along for the shop. Products are really competitively priced and there's an awesome variety of any pet product you'd need. High recommend. :

Have taken my dog there twice before for a bath. Machine only takes $5 and $10 notes. I usually have $4-5 in time left but the job is done. Went in today and asked to change a $20 note to use in the dog wash and the staff member told me "we don't give change". I thought he was joking but he told me if I do it for you I will have to do it for everyone and we will run out of $10 notes. Again I thought he was joking but unfortunately not. I gave some polite feedback on good customer service and if they have a service that requires very specific denominations, they need to make sure they have change. There are no signs or change machines. This feedback is for management, not the poor staff member being forced to have these discussions. Get it together guys.

I took my pet to be groomed.  He is a small breed and the groomer damaged his back and now my doggy has been in and out of the VET for treatment.  Very rough and unprofessional services.  DO NOT take your pets to the groomer there!  If he damaged my dogs back whilst bathing or clipping him.  He can damage yours.  This is animal ABUSE and CRUELTY!

Good range of products. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lots of parking to the side of the store. And best of all, dogs are welcome inside on a leash. It's now my go-to place for dog stuff.

Made a purchase of some dog milk, two cartons When i got home, both cartons were curdled and off! It stank to high heaven!! I had to air out the house and put them directly into the bin. And the milk down the sink. So i decided to ring them and let them know that both milk cartons were off and curdled and if i could please get a refund. They said sorry, you have to bring back both cartons, with the milk still in it. I said you've got to be joking me. Im not fishing the milk out of the bin! And the milk is down the sink and the cartons in the bin. The smell is absolutely horrible! I am in a walking frame and yes they knew, and that i cant make it back till next week. So they told me that i cant get a refund without the milk and the packaging.. They told me to keep it till next week. That was the ONLY way i could get a refund. I couldn't believe it! And they treated me like crap. Mind you..i shop there all time. Now.. i will not be shopping there. I could not believe how badly i was treated. They were not nice to me at all. So now, i have been refused a refund. I was treated so inappropriately and rudely. So everyone out there careful about buying from them.

Don't bother using their car park if you want to park there and God forbid go into another shop as well as theirs. They threaten to tow your car and leave a nasty message!! Could have had my loyal patronage for years - not now!! Stick with online stores. You don't need this place!

Great store. When I have had issues with my fish and dog I have always got an answer from them. When something was expensive they even offered a price match garuntee. Thank-you so much Jamie of your help.

***Over Priced**** ****Super Bad Service**** ****My Dog received cuts when complained Groomer rudely said plz find another in the area*** Mosr supplies are expensive compare to other store. Must be Rent killing this store.
