Friendly helpful staff that actually knew how to make sure that my dog was comfortable with his new harness.  They also informed me of discounts to the Royal Canine food my dog loves, every 10th bag is free.  Will be my regular store from here onwards!

I really like MyPetWarehouse, but I wouldn't ever recommend their online services if you need your pet supplies delivered soon. They have a good selection and very friendly in-store staff, but if you ordered online, your parcel may take up to 3 weeks even if you live less than half an hour drive away from their store. I don't drive so often online is my only option, unfortunately. Ridiculously slow and highly inconvenient.

Staff here are so helpful and provide great advice. I love the option to order online and pick up when convinient. Bigger range online too

The quality of customer service you receive depends on the staff who are working that day. Most of the staff are very helpful and give good advice but there is one blond salesgirl who is very pushy and unpleasant to be served by and she seems to be there every time me and my girlfriend come in. She always tries to get us to buy some brand of food that supports rescue groups even though I tell her EVERY TIME that I'm happy with the food my dogs already on and we support rescues in other ways. She acts very aggressive and Know It All and makes us feel like we are doing the wrong thing for our dog, which is annoying because my girlfriend is a vet nurse so its not like we're idiots about pets!! It's a shame this is the cheapest pet shop near to my house because I would shop somewhere else otherwise.

Visted Sunday  to find they were all out of my regular dog food. This wouldn’t have been an issue if not for the rude worker. Taken off guard by her demeanour, I didn’t ask for her name. I do remember she had blonde hair and a tattoo. 

She was extremely aggressive in pushing another brand onto me. I must’ve said no multiple times, but she was increasingly persistent while paying no mind to my personal space. 

I was shocked and uncomfortable with her treatment of me and the situation. I stayed in the store a while longer and as I was about to leave, overheard her whispering to a coworker. Presumably about me. 

I will definitely not be back and will be taking my business elsewhere along.
