Service is good once you actually get a staff member to acknowledge your existence. On both occasions I've hung around for 10-15 minutes by the fish tanks waiting for service, while being ignored by multiple staff walking past. I've had to line up at the till and ask someone to come over both times. They know their stuff but I found one staff member in particular pretty condescending. I'm a new fish owner and can't get everything right first time!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Petbarn recruits animal lovers who are very pleasant people. A bit disappointed that my preferred brand of cat litter (the RSPCA brand) was not in stock.

The service was excellent and they encouraged me to bring my puppy along and gave me puppy bags with included discounts. Excellent staff

Very friendly staff. Explains in detail. Very good stock. Customer service was great even after purchasing. Helped over phone while setting up an aquarium. Recommended!

Good variety and nice large store with lots of room to move so make sure you bring your dog on a lead.
