Staff very friendly and understanding as our boy had been quite aggressive to them when he was taken there due to escaping from our yard, but once we were reunited they saw that it was due to him being scared and not his personality at all, thank you all
The vets at Greencross Warringal saw my dog last minute when she had an ear infection. She's an anxious, 28kg bully but the vets were able to handle her and inspect her ears. She received a lot of pats and treats from the lovely staff and was not stressed at all at the end of her visit.
Lovely treatment of our cats over the years usually , however the Hard sell pressure to purchase their Greencross loyalty insurance is very intense. I experienced this same pressure about 3 years ago here but declined. They always insist my cats need to have their teeth cleaned under anaesthetic at approx. $700 + a blood test $150 so then the hard sell about how much money you will save with their insurance. I was at the end of a 10 hour working day yesterday and the pitch lasted 25 minutes of figures and calculating how much I would save ??? I wonder if management drives this?
Great place Michele vet is absolutely Out standing I would highly recomended him
