Injured puppy during full clip, did not take accountability on the contrary blamed me for not taking care of my dog. Do not recommend this place at any cost. Very rude customer service, never answer calls and if by some miracle they do - don't expect any professionalism.

Lies all lies. Didn't feed or give water to the dog. Didn't pick up poo. The dog was lucky to be still alive when got home. Would admit they forgot the dog.
