Received my order yesterday. Delivered with care and packed perfect. The fish are in amazing condition. Cannot complain at all! Amazing. We drive across town to stock up on aquarium plants, fish and aquarium supplies.nnThe fish are always healthy. We have never had a problem. Service is good. Prices for the fish are the best in Melbourne.nnJust wish I had more space. Our entire apartment would become a giant aquarium

Whoopsie.nBut oh my goodness the store was beautiful!!nI’ve had issues in the past with having over bred and over priced fish which had died off and had bugger all immunity to stress and changes.nWent for a drive as the store is located an hour from my place. The staff were friendly and helpful even though the store was packed.nWas amazed with the selection of fish and their displays.nWe brought the fish home, which again was an hour travel up into the mountains, so different pressure.nAnd we’ve had no stress related deaths. No illnesses introduced to the tank which we’ve also experienced with the chain store fish.nHaven’t even lost a neon tetra!!nI’m beyond impressed with the quality of these fish.nI would have liked to see a better Betta storage situation, especially with such expensive fish likely having to be there for a while. But I understand it can be difficult for stores to house bettas.nThe one I picked up was nice and fat, no stress stripes, and full of life.nWill only be going back to these guys for fish. Never again going to the chains.nPictures of all my beautiful healthy fish!
First time customer online and interstate. The staff are so helpful and actually care. I received my order the next day interstate, packaged properly and in styrofoam to protect from temperature fluctations and was despatched through an authorised freight method for livestock.nnNot hard to understand why these guys have been in this business for so long.nFound my new goto for aquatics
Great workers and great fish. HEAPS of variety's and the atmosphere is great. Love the fish and they have been a great help for me with good recommendations for my fish tank. Great healthy fish so far and well fish trained workers sharing their knowledge with us all about the great fish compatibilities. Every time i'm there I have a splash!
