Attentive staff even on a busy weekend. Good selection on aquariums, products and fish at reasonable prices. Definitely the biggest range of aquariums I’ve seen at an aquarium shop. The fish are healthy too and tanks look clean, they didn’t have all the variety of fish I wanted but left my details and got a call back, this is my new go to place.

Great place for everyone. Staff was outgoing and friendly. One of the best reptile and aquarium shops I’ve come across. The reptiles and animals look healthy and are greatly respected. Would definitely be coming back once I saved enough money to own reptiles!

The delivery service was very quick and the fish arrived well. Great looking boesemani rainbows and great size. Also received the correct sexes that I asked for. thanks so much.

The best aquarium in the north, period. Great variety of stock, incredibly helpful staff, and most importantly - they take looking after fish seriously and go out of their way to ensure everything works for you. Still remember when I first bought my tank, and could not get the pump working. A staff member drove to my house after finishing work to help me get it up and running. All for free. Can't believe the levels these guys go to.

My online order was well packed and arrived in a timely fashion. All the fish were alive. I would have liked to get an email to let me know that my order and been received and when it was sent, though.
