Went in with my step-father today to clean up some printing issues he had with a previous visit. Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the help and support from Tina at the printing desk. She fixed everything up and helped out with binding it appropriately as well. Very thankful and glad for her support and assistance.
Today, my daughter and I visited Coburg office works to print a booklet, and I was truly impressed by how friendly and supportive Tina was. She guided my daughter through each step of the process, making sure she was pleased with the final result. Tina's exceptional service deserves recognition; any company would be lucky to have someone like her on their team!
Shocking service . Staff member called David and his team member did not assist or help my father who is not familiar with using the printers through his mobile phone . They failed to assist and carried on doing other things despite my dad needing assistance and constantly asking for help.nnStaff is not helpful and there is an attitude overall . Shocking experience hire better staff .nnGo to Coburg library got a much better experience and helpful staff! don’t bother with these big cooperations who hire unprofessional staff and can’t assist the elderly .nnIt’s all about profit no common courtesy.
I visited the office on March 27th and required assistance with selecting a compatible hard drive for my Mac. Since it was my first time making this kind of purchase, I was uncertain about which option would work best. I sought help from three of staff members—one with long blonde hair, Bailey, and another colleague whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. They were all incredibly professional, patient, and helpful, even though they were in the middle of their tasks.nnA special mention goes to Bailey, who took the time to guide me through the selection processn, checked the compatibility of the device, and assisted with the payment process. Bailey was exceptionally kind, patient, and professional throughout, ensuring that everything was taken care of.nnI would rate all three staff members a perfect 100/10 for their outstanding service. I apologize for not remembering the other staff names , but I wanted to make sure their efforts are recognized.nnThank you once again for such excellent service!
Amazing customer service assistance today in regards to returning a phone mobile after my network was not helpful in helping me choose a compatible...Selfemale and Zach were so patient, helpful in trying to locate locate my purchasing order.So I could get a credit...they spent valuable time in resolving the problem in the end. Also like to comment the girl asianat the printing section was sufficient and quick too.Overall everyone was amazing n in the past Alex n older woman has been great too. .
