Nice store. Friendly service. It can be hard to find help in the store, but if you go to the counter and wait your turn, the staff are very knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction. BCF is getting better with a better selection and more competitive pricing.

Went in store to look at and purchase a fish finder with gps. The sales guy was lucky to know where the on button was then know the answer to any of my questions. I ended up buying online.

I always buy from BCF for anything outdoors, however my recent visit to Coburg branch while visiting Melbourne was nothing but a disappointment! Rude staff member, and not helpful at all... The staff member responded NO to my question without even comprehending. Luckily another staff member was next to him, and responded appropriately. BCF Virginia in QLD rules, and I hope the culture up there was replicated elsewhere.
