I love going to Bunnings. Got a lot of plants from here, still keep going every week even my garden doesn't have any space for more plants. Nice place, with kind staff

I came in today to buy something but I couldn't find it in store, so naturally I asked a staff member to help me. She insisted that I look for it myself, and when I told her I already did, she told me to google it. Train your staff to help customers, or at the very least hire people who aren't lazy and indifferent.

Sort out your turf stock and customer service. Truly. Third visit for turf and every time there isn't any after I call and people tell me there is some.

This store is only one floor so it's quite huge and spacious.nOne customer was screaming for not being let in due to his vaccination status, but the staff handles the situation well. Guys, be kind to staff. It's difficult time for everyone.
