Best place for advise and well priced pet gear. Special mention to Kate and Kieran for their knowledge of pets all shapes and sizes. I live in Mulgrave and this is the only place I'll go for pet needs.

So disappointed and angry at them. Took my dog with very long coat for full clip and grooming, and all explanation given to groomer... when I went to pick up my dog, noticed that they cut his coat too short and could see all his skin and also cut his nail too short, had to take my dog to vet due to non stop moderate bleeding....and even after few days my dog still licking his paws 😢 And when I contacted them and informed them in regards to the issues, in stead of reassuring ... the girl who answered the phone( introduced herself as Carmen) was so rude and kept saying that “ it’s just the nail that been cut a bit short” , I was extremely distressed and clearly she did not have any idea that put my dog and myself in so much distressed and pain! Won’t go there for grooming again.
