I think her name was Briony. But she was so helpful. She understood my needs for the love of my life - my baby MuMu. She was really lovely and listened to me. Really you cant ask for much better than that. Us animal lovers need a fellow animal lover to help us with our shopping and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you guys

The staff went out of their way to help me organise the right airline approved carry crates for my cats. They were exceptionally courteous and friendly. Highly recommend shopping here for all your pet's needs!!
