Recently hired a car for a weekend in CHCH. Arrived at the airport to find a guy behind the desk called Jay who was brilliant. He was very helpful and genuinely interested in having a conversation not the usual fake banter. On returning the car he remembered us and wished us well. It makes such a difference to your holiday when you meet freindly people. Well done Thrifty, Josh is an asset to your airport team.

Super easy to book online, pick up was super fast as was return, I thought I had lost my sunglasses and called to query, lady on the end of the phone was very friendly, glasses not found and car had been cleaned but was told should they turn up they would email me. Happy ending glasses found at home but I really appreciated their efforts.

Great pickup in the middle of the night....staff still friendly!! Return was effortless, drop the keys and run!
