I found Jucy really easy to deal with. I phone booked with them from out of town. They picked me up from the airport when l arrived and took me to their premisis. The service was friendly and efficient and getting the car for an extra day longer then l planned was no problem. Price was really good as well.

Good value for money rentals.  A long wait in line at counter as they had to explain the NZ road rules to tourists.  Clean and tidy with friendly staff.  Car was clean and tidy

Love these guys. Fast and simple to book online and pay. I find the prices great and different options for insurance is available. The cars are nice and clean and well maintained too.

Very unorganised ans unreliable. Had problems getting our campervan as had to wait 4 hours for it to be cleaned and ready for us. Then had problems with car hire as they didnt have a suitable car for us that we had already requested. Communication within their team is clearly not a strong point. Mucked around a lot and wont use them again.
