Got our car from Christchurch snap rentals for our South Island trip. The car was in very good condition and we kept the car for good 10 days without any problem. However, right at the start of our trip we had some mishap and had to deal with cars and insurance stuff. Aaron at the Christchurch snap rentals helped us and made our trip a success. He was so sorted and well informed with his work. He went above and beyond helping us. Thank you Aaron and team snap rentals

Very friendly and nice. Better selection of cars and better prices than most if not all. Got a brand new Hyundai Tucson SUV for less than a corolla at the airport . I would highly recommend it

Been using their service since I came to New Zealand in 2014. I really like their service. Nice cars and really affordable price compare to other rental car company !

Great small company. Reasonable condition cars. My only gripe is one bus for airport pickup and too many customers to fit so 20 min wait for it to return.

Excellent service from start to finish. Online booking was easy and straight forward. Collecting vehicle took about 20 minutes, after the admin was complete and vehicle checked over. Handing car back was a 5 minute job, with the mileage recorded and a good walk round for any damage. This was a busy office but they were very efficient in dealing with people as quickly as possible.
Will definitely recommend and i will use again. Well done the staff.
