This has to be the best, easiest and most efficient car rental I have ever experienced. They emailed me the contract and car photos so everything was completed prior to pickup so it took just a couple of minutes at the depot to get going. They knew my flight number and were waiting for me outside airport arrivals without even being phoned. The staff were friendly and helpful and the car was perfect for my needs.  Many other rental car companies could take a lesson from you and I will certainly be renting with you again.

Our entire experience with Rad car hire Christchurch was seamless! Online booking was easy, appreciated the pick up and drop off service from the airport, the car was ready on arrival,  communication was open and attentive. Matt especially was super helpful and informative. Highly recommend this service!!!

Car was ready when we arrived and even better had a free upgrade. Drop off went quickly and was shuttled to the nearby airport within minutes even though it was a busy morning for them. Second time we have used RaD Christchurch and would happily do again.

I must say this was my best experience of Car hire at CHCH, Shuttle was already at airport and received a call to let me know, Normally this is other way round with me having to call for shuttle and wait sometime over 30 mins. Signed electronically before so everything was ready and I was out with car in less than 5 minutes. Impressive!!. Thanks RaD Car Christchurch team.

Best car rental place of the lot! Car and price were great, but well above that was the service! Shuttled picked us up straight away, and then on the return when we were running late they rushed us down in the rented vehicle for the fastest drop off otherwise we would've missed our bag checkin. Thanks guys!

I've used RAD a couple of times.  They have been flexible and pragmatic, and really do offer a good service.  They are very responsive by both telephone and online, even in extremely busy periods.

Great service, quick, friendly and the perfect car for what we needed. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Well priced rental cars, nothing fancy but they'll get the job done. Also the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport terminal was great.
