On the front booking page of the website, this company says that the pick up location is Christchurch Airport - it is NOT!! If you arrive after hours you can only get there with a $30 shuttle. They seem to do their best to hide this information from you.

Had to wait in the sun with my baby boy for 2 houers befor they came to help us do not use this plays they are terrible

So super fast service, we just drove in with our car (drop-off) and the shuttlebus was ready as we were. No waiting time, just returning keys and that was it. Very friendly driver aswell!!

Their services are good... The cars are in good condition... It's just that at times pick n drop becomes a bit tricky... Because of non flexible pick-up policy
