Very lovely experience with AeroDrive when we visited Christchurch. The vehicle was clean and in a very good condition the processing time was easy and the service was great. They gave us all the details we needed and they answered all our questions. Returning it was a very easy process. They provided a free ride from and back to the airport. Good value for money

Everything was perfect except more charge after we returned. We returned Tucsan with full fuel absolutely. But the company charged 100 dollar by my credit card for half fuel tank after we leave the South island. We have no evidence about that, so just paid 100 dollar. It is really strange why they didn't said to us after check the car immediately. I have no idea but they did unfair handling. TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU RETURN RENTAL CAR AT THE RETURN TIME especially fuel tank.
I admit that the car was new, clean and good price. Just be careful about fuel tank evidence.

What I want to say is If you want to be charged extra money and waste time, then you can choose this company. 
Very terrible experience! We had been waiting more 1 hour to grab a car. A guy seems like don't know what he was doing, very very slowly. A queue after us is long because this guy. What even worse is, we returned the car, they check everything is good. But when I got home I found was charged twice for the car rental!! It's so ridiculous. 
I tried to contact them, but this company only has one phone nubumer, so it means no matter you want call Christchurch or Auckland office， you have to explain what you need and repeat the story to them again and again every time, then they put you through. What funny is, every time the staff told me that money will return in a day, but nothing happened after hung up. Two weeks passed, I haven't received my money even a apologies or explanation.

Very slow and reactive service. Will find everything they can do charge you. First and last time using this company for me!

Helpful staff, pretty straightforward. Car was as described. Location easily accessible from airport. Shuttle took a while to collect us, hard to get through to get them to pick us up. Good overall.
